This Brisket was smoked on my MAK GRILL 2 Star General on Oct. 22nd. 2011. It was a 14.5 Angus Choice Brisket which I rubbed down with a unique Rub given to me from a satisfied MAK GRILL customer. I misted the Brisket with Apple Juice occasionally during the later part of the 17 hour cook. Made for an absolutely wonderful tasted that everyone loved as we enjoyed it while watching some college football that day. I used a mixture of Bear Mountain Hickory, Apple and Cherry BBQ Pellets. As you can see, great smoke ring, bark, and a very moist Brisket. And with the MAK GRILL, I had an even temperature which I did not have to monitor all night long, as well as being able to sleep without checking it. This Brisket turned out great. It was hassle free. The Mak Grill Wood Pellet BBQ Smoker-Grill really can do it all. I slept the entire night without care or concern about what was going on inside my grill, becuase it was 100% right at my set temp.
