Main Cooking Chamber measures 20" by 36".  Fire Box is 20" by 18".  Counter Balance, warming tray on the firebox, dual thermometers, removable front shelf, sliding convection plate, lots of room and quite a lot of upgrades added.  A whole lot of barbecue for the price.  It's been a big hit, so I had the Horizon Smoker Company keep on building them for me!  Everything needed but the meat!
