We ate real good at our house this past Fathers Day.  Cooking 3 Briskets left every one happy and lots of leftovers to enjoy in the future.  Of course the real enjoyment was simply how easy it was to cook on my Barbecue from the Horizon Smoker Company in Perry, Oklahoma.  This Pit has been everything that the boys at Horizon billed it out to be and more.  Holds heat great, and really is a joy to cook on.

My becoming a dealer for the Horizon Smoker Company simply evolved from my initial desire to own one of these fine cookers.  I'd own this Pit even is I wasn't selling them.  It's simply that good.      Sam Hays
