If you're wanting to take your BBQ skills to whole new level, you'll want to consider heading out to Myron Mixon's BBQ Compound in South Georgia. Myron and his cook team members from Jack's Old South will give you an experience to remember. You'll get great instruction into the art of BBQ and hands on interaction trimming, injecting & seasoning meat with fellow students while Myron and his team assist. I've personally experienced this school twice & can easily say that if you attend you will learn an incredible amount info, have a great time, and become a better pitmaster.
